About Me

My photo
Mark Stenson
The name, Willing Captive, comes from Exodus 21:5. In God's law, all servants were to be set free in the seventh year. But if a servant loved his master and did not want to go free, his ear would be pierced, and he would become a bond-servant - a willing captive for life. Mark Stenson is a song writer and worship leader at Lamb of God in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. But Willing Captive is not primarily about me. It is about Jesus, the One who willingly laid down His life for us.
